QuoteFlow Privacy Policy

QuoteFlow ("we", "our", "the app") is operated by ForsaFlow Ltd. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we protect it.

1. Data We Collect

• Account information: Your mobile phone number (used for login via OTP), business name, trade, and optional logo.
• Quotes and invoices: Client names, phone numbers, email addresses, job descriptions, and amounts you enter when creating quotes and invoices.
• Device contacts: When you choose to import a client from your phone contacts, we read the selected contact's name, phone number, and email address. We only access contacts when you explicitly tap "Import from contacts". We do not upload or store your full contact list.
• Photos: If you upload a business logo, we access your photo library only when you tap the logo upload button. We do not access your photos at any other time.
• Payment information: Subscription payments are processed by Google Play. We do not collect or store your payment card details.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To provide the quoting and invoicing service.
• To send OTP codes for login authentication.
• To display your business details on quotes and invoices sent to your clients.
• To show your clients a web page where they can accept or decline a quote.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only in these limited cases:

• Your clients: When you send a quote or invoice, the recipient sees your business name, trade, and the quote/invoice details.
• SMS provider: Your phone number is shared with our SMS provider solely to deliver OTP login codes.
• Hosting provider: Your data is stored on secured servers hosted in the EU.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database on servers located in the EU. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Authentication tokens are stored securely on your device.

5. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your data within 30 days.

6. Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us at support@forsaflow.com to exercise these rights.

7. Contacts Permission

QuoteFlow requests access to your device contacts solely to let you quickly fill in client details (name, phone, email) when creating a new quote. This access is optional and only triggered when you tap "Import from contacts". Your contact data is not uploaded to our servers beyond the single contact you select for a quote.

8. Children's Privacy

QuoteFlow is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.
